It seems heavy tech and high risk, which typically skew male. 

That said, it’s also mostly virtual, so appearance is less impactful

Is being female in the new economy a net plus; net minus or neutral?

Are women more welcome/success in the more creative aspects of the new economy as opposed to the commerce aspects?
